CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order 24 hours prior to the start time of your trip, without providing any reason, with a 15% penalty used to cover tax and payment gateway charges.

Cancellations within 23 hours prior to the start time will be penalized with 100%.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can notify us via email: info@epicadventureinc.com or by phone at +506 8743 8743.

We will reimburse you no later than within 5 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, receiving a refund of 85% of the total order amount.

Epic Adventure is not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer due to any unforeseen event or circumstance, including but not limited to: earthquakes, floods, epidemics, fires or accidents, road conditions, external transport cancellations, diverse weather conditions, traffic issues, or any other cause attributed to unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure that may interrupt or delay a booked trip.

Booking and Payment Policy

Payment must be made in advance of the trip, either by bank transfer or Paypal.

All trips follow these cancellation policies.

For special rates involving 8 or more persons, cancellation must be made 5 days before the trip.

No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings, and/or issue partial refunds, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as bad weather, natural disasters, road closures, etc.).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY

People with epilepsy, pregnant women, or individuals with recent surgical interventions cannot participate in our rafting excursions.

Currently, adventure operators do not pay sales tax, but Epic Adventure reserves the right to pass on any taxes that federal, provincial, or local governments may impose in the future.

Please do not bring valuables on excursions, such as jewelry, passports, etc. Epic Adventure is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items.
